I design and build products with AI.
My current focus is AI-native workflows, multi-agent systems, and shipping full-stack products end to end with tools like Cursor, Claude, and modern TypeScript stacks.
I'm building DesignJobs.World, an intelligent career platform for design and research professionals. It is built around structured candidate profiles, portfolio evidence, and design-literate judgment.
The idea comes from years of seeing how design hiring actually works: too many vague portfolios, keyword-driven screens, and weak signals on both sides. I'm building a better way to evaluate design talent — one that combines AI workflows with human judgment.
I work with engineers, but I stay deeply hands-on in the product and code through AI-native workflows. That changes how I think about design leadership: less handoff, more making; less abstract strategy, more working systems.
Before this, I spent 15+ years in product design and design leadership across Zalando, Tourlane, heycar, AIMultiple, Samsung, and agency-side work for Kaiser Permanente. I've hired designers, built teams, and shipped products in environments where design had to scale across systems, stakeholders, metrics, and markets.
My work now sits between design leadership, AI systems, and product strategy: ML-powered personalization, growth experimentation, hiring intelligence, and new ways of building with AI.
As a Cursor Ambassador in Berlin, I organize hackathons and builder sessions for product, design, and engineering people exploring AI-native workflows in practice.
