I am building DesignJobs.World because design hiring is still far too noisy. Strong candidates are often reduced to CVs, keywords, and vague portfolio impressions. Hiring teams often struggle to align on what good looks like. A lot of signal gets lost before the right conversation even begins.

DesignJobs.World is my attempt to improve that. We help teams understand design talent more clearly through structured candidate profiles built from portfolio evidence, experience, and design-literate judgment.

That perspective comes from fifteen plus years in design leadership across Zalando, Tourlane, heycar, AIMultiple, Wellbin, Atdaa, Redshift Digital, Samsung, and agency-side delivery for Kaiser Permanente. I have hired designers, built teams, and shipped systems that need to scale in complex product environments. My work still sits at the intersection of design leadership, data, and product strategy: ML-powered personalization, growth experimentation, and cultures that tie craft to measurable outcomes.
